Your action-packed teambuilding on the ice
All you need for the ice hockey team training is a little bit of courage and above all a good mood!
Our event team provides the equipment, consisting of protective clothing, sticks, helmets, jerseys and shoes for up to 40 players. It doesn’t matter whether you have been on the ice before or not – experience two action-packed hours. Under the guidance of an experienced and trained coach you will complete a basic ice hockey training as teambuilding or team training. The fun begins in the changing room when you put on your hockey gear.
After the collective warm-up, various running and dexterity exercises are on the program. This is followed by a few exercises on punching technique and an introduction to the rules. You will quickly get the right feeling for the ice – even as a beginner. Now you are well prepared for the following game.
Teambuilding for conference, Christmas party and kick-off
The ice hockey team training can be ideally carried out as a supporting program for a conference. At Christmas time or during Advent, this teambuilding event is an excellent way to promote team spirit as an unusual Christmas party.
