Strong teamwork at the soapbox race
The goal of each team is to construct a soapbox and achieve a good result in the final race.
Divided into groups of 6-10 people, each group will receive a kit for the soapbox, extensive accessories, tools, overalls and other creative materials for the design. Agreements within the team, precise distribution of tasks, regular checks of the construction progress and finally the timely production of the soapboxes – teamwork is required here.
Slowly the tension is increasing regarding the upcoming race. Under the thunderous applause of the groups, the individual soapboxes are presented and evaluated to all participants and judged by a jury of experts. Before the showdown begins, the pilots take their seats at the starting grid. Who will be the first who will reach the finish line? The soapbox race is a multifaceted teambuilding, where the focus is on concentrated cooperation in small groups and a high fun factor.
This event can be realized at many locations near the cities of Cologne, Bonn, Duesseldorf or Essen. On a historical water castle, a dreamlike winery, an idyllic estate or a hotel area. The soapbox race also forms an exciting framework programme for your conference.
