A great hotel located between Malaga and Marbella at the sunny Costa del Sol (Spain) hosted a group of 220 guests (employees and spouse) for their incentive weekend. Side activities like visiting the marina and old town of Marbella with its great tapas bars, a boat tour including watching dolphins in the Mediterranean Sea, visiting beautiful villages in the country side or enjoying Jet Ski at the beach of the hotel have been great activities during the day.
A communicative flying lunch accompanied by a steel drum band has been fun already. The highlight of the incentive for sure was to look after the right costume for everybody before getting dressed up for a great dinner and party accompanied by a reggae band. Together with a professional costume pool from Germany TAKE A LOOK Events & Incentives provided more than 300 costumes to the guests to find a great costume.
A cozy restaurant on the beach has been the right spot for an informal lunch before getting back to the airport.
