For the 220 employees and guests of a management consultancy from Düsseldorf, the K21 – formal house of the estates – established a perfect surrounding for a classy kick-off event. TAKE A LOOK and the partners involved were able to merge the customer’s ideas – the extraordinary, high-value location; great food; and an exclusive ambience – and realize an extravagant event.
A team of 12 decorators built up the lounge, bar, and decorated the banquet tables with an amazing flora design – all within incredibly short time. The catering team, consisting of 45 people, ensured a fast set up as well as a perfect and professional service – each course was served within 7 minutes.
Under the direction of the TAKE A LOOK project manager and his 5 team members, the 15 technicians took care of the perfect sound and lighting. Another reason for the successful evening was a beat-box duo.
