Culinary art & enjoyment – an interactive teambuilding concept. The concept is a diversified and playful way to eat and live healthier. A beautiful farm in the countryside is the location for “culinary and enjoyment” workshops. The refurbished old barn and the environment of the farm is the perfect location for a successful and informative day. The goods, which are used for the culinary workshops are from selected deliveryman. Every guest will be involved in preparing great things during the day.
Our event-team and staff who is highly related to the special workshops will guide everybody through the activities so your colleagues will enjoy an unforgettable and culinary “Day in the country…”.
The team building part is the keynote, which is imparted with fun and learning. The team spirit gets stronger and the participants get to know each other better. The dreamful farm, which dates back to the 14th century, is the perfect setting.
The creation of fruit-smoothies or green smoothies with vegetables, is a workshop where you learn how fast you can create a delicious and very healthy drink with fewer ingredients. The group will also learn how to flavor their food with domestic spices. Broad your horizon with by ideas of preparing your food. The chef shows in a frontcooking-workshop how to barbecue different kinds of meat and uses fresh and delicious products from the farms butcher shop.
The „get together“ in the historic atrium, with cold beer in summer, hot wine punch in winter and nice music is the setting for a relaxing and communicative evening. Tea-, wine-, or whisky-tasting and a cigar-maker are giving pleasurable moments in a relaxing atmosphere.
Depending on your time, number of participants and season, we create your individual culinary event. It can be combined with a meeting in the barn or in a hotel nearby. You can also combine the workshop with exciting teambuilding indoor- and outdoor activities, a Christmas-party, company-outing or summer-party. The activities can take place in- and outdoor.
The whole event can be moderated in English.
