Since 1999, co-founder and CEO of TAKE A LOOK. The strengths of the enthusiastic tennis player are the development of creative concepts and solutions. He is specialized in incentive travels, kick-offs, and evening events. Always on the scout for new inspirations, he maintains business relations with artist, caterers, technical supporters, hotel CEO’s, and operators of extraordinary locations.
Rodja Pescosta
The co-founder of TAKE A LOOK is specialized in sophisticated, international incentive travels. Apart from his excellent destination knowledge, priceless contacts in the airline industry and elevated hotels, he enriches incentive travels with his broad travel experience, creativity, and organisational skills. Mostly appreciated are those very skills by customers who “have already seen and experienced it all”.

Andreas Vogel
Since 2005, Andreas Vogel supports the TAKE A LOOK team. Coming from the travel industry – the passionate hockey player is our specialist for the international travel management. Beyond that he conceives and organizes teambuilding and theme events.
Patricia Toups
As a former sabre fencer Patricia Toups has a surpassing sense for exciting moments. This intuition for the moment is priceless for the conception and organization of our events & incentives. She enjoys traveling to places like Italy, Norway, and trekking in Iceland.
